The event will feature panel discussions, with leading experts unpacking the current developments shaping Russian politics, defence and security policies, as well as the questions and challenges they pose NATO.

The conference will start with a keynote address by Lt General Nick Borton, the Commander of the NATO Allied Rapid Reaction Corps.
